    We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory & Warehouse Analyst within the supply chain department based in Seminole, TX.

    Accountable for ESP cable inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count and inventory discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Inventory, Finance, Material Accounting, or cycle counting experience required. Inventory analysis from raw data. Experience in Materials Management, knowledge of ESP a plus. Good verbal and written skills essential for communications with company employees, its suppliers and customers.

    Willingness to learn new processes, make improvement suggestions and interact with a variety of personnel on a local and global environment.

    Team Player.


    Microsoft Suite:
    proficient in Excel and Word a must. Analysis of inventory data, transactions, material movement and associated issues a must.

    Required Skills & Experience


    • Experience in Materials Management, knowledge of ESP a plus.
    • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
    • Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
    • Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
    • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
