- You will establish, lead, and manage the Learning Consulting Practice, creating and implementing strategic plans, processes, frameworks, models, templates, and documentation that align with Visa Consulting and Analytics' and Visa University's vision.

- Define scalable and repeatable evaluation approach that clients can employ to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions based on stakeholder business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Participate in tasks related to budget use and management, particularly related to vendors that may be required for project support and required systems.
- You will work with regional learning consultants and account executives to establish an understanding of learning needs analysis product offerings and enable them to describe related benefits to potentials clients. Join client discussions related to qualified leads.
- Collaborate with curriculum teams to devise an approach to creating content and processes that better enable Visa University to offer customized solutions as part of large-scale opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field.
- You have 10 years of experience in a learning or training role, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- You have significant experience conducting learning needs analysis or job-task analysis.
- You have prior experience in establishing models related to learning needs analysis
- You demonstrate strong business acumen and experience in building business practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field with 10 or more years of experience.
- You have a proven track record of developing successful training programs.
- You have prior experience in measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
- Prior experience in the payments industry is preferred.
- Certification in human-centered design

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Design Leader to establish and lead a learning strategy consulting practice within Visa University. This pivotal leadership role involves developing models and frameworks through a human-centered design approach. The aim is to assist our clients in identifying their learning requirements and aid Visa University in establishing a comprehensive and agile framework for customizing existing learning content to meet specific client needs. This model will cater to large clients requiring a large-scale approach to educating their employees on skills and abilities related to the payments industry.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning design strategy, with a proven track record in creating and implementing effective learning programs. They will be adept at using a human-centered design approach to develop innovative learning strategies that align with client needs.
In this role, you will customize content and experiences to better educate a broad range of client employees. Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills are essential as the candidate will be instrumental in creating the vision a new learning consulting practice. A willingness to think creatively and establish this new product offering is a must. The ability to work collaboratively with clients, VCA colleagues learning consultants, account executives and other teams at Visa to drive the best outcomes is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,900.00 to 185,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
