- Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVACR, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
- Coordinate and inspect the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVACR, plumbers, and cleaning.
- Perform welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Maintain an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
- Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repairs, and documents as needed.
- Review assigned work orders. Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to efficiently complete the work order at hand.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or trade school training.
- HVAC experience and relevant certification are required. (Universal Certification)
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks
- Possess skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck
- Required Licensure by AHJ
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will apply advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $40.86 hourly and the maximum salary for the position is $47.59 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
