    About the Role

    RNGD is looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on creating compelling content to support our business sectors. This individual will play a vital role in executing the corporate marketing strategy, collaborating with teams such as Employee Experience, Business Development, Operations, and Field.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively position RNGD and its affiliates. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. The Marketing Manager must excel in a dynamic environment and demonstrate strong judgement, initiative, and teamwork.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Generate impactful ideas to engage clients and promote RNGD's services
    • Create content that showcases our projects, people, and culture to enhance brand awareness
    • Design social media campaigns and analyze metrics to inform future content strategies
    • Manage various marketing initiatives including e-newsletters, internal communications, proposals, and website content
    • Oversee visual content production, branding, and merchandise design
    • Support company events

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; relevant experience can be considered in place of a degree
    • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
    • Strong copywriting and editing skills
    • Proficiency in video production and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
