    Role Overview:

    As a member of the BSC Urology/Pelvic Health Sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue beyond set targets, identifying new business opportunities aligned with the company's vision, and contributing to overall team success. This position requires clinical expertise, continuous product knowledge updates, quick problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to changing environments. The ideal candidate is experienced in hospital and office settings, excels in relationship-building, and is proactive in finding solutions.

    Your Responsibilities:
    • Establish and nurture trust with healthcare professionals through training and selling innovative technologies.
    • Engage with multiple stakeholders in the healthcare system.
    • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals and business targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business objectives.
    • Maintain clinical excellence in relevant areas.
    • Stay updated on products, programs, and competitors.
    • Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
    • Adhere to quality standards and company policies.
    • Manage territory with integrity and in accordance with ethical guidelines.
    Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications-
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience, with at least 3 years in direct sales.
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Proven track record in sales.
    • Demonstrated communication skills.
    • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally.
    Preferred Qualifications-
    • Advanced degree.
    • Experience in medical devices or urology.
    • Sales management background.
    • Knowledge of hospital and in-office selling.
    • Understanding of local healthcare contracts.
    • Ability to present value propositions effectively.
    • Experience with CRM tools.
    Estimated annual salary for this role ranges between $77,000 and $85,250, with additional variable compensation based on performance. Actual compensation will be determined by experience, education, certifications, and business needs.
