Your tasks:

  • You support the team in optimizing existing purchasing processes
  • You learn how to use the systems and applications we use
  • You assist with system maintenance and have customer contact with suppliers
  • You also participate in order processing
  • You support with general administrative tasks and projects
  • Internal and external communication with interface partners

Your profile:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study for the tasks (e.g. business administration/economics or similar)
  • Ideally, SAP user knowledge in the purchasing module
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
  • You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in spoken and written form
