The position is permanent and classified as a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Reference number:
Salary group E 14 TV-L / Salary group A 14 NBesO


What to expect:
Conducting and organizing hearings as a procedural leader Drafting of planning approval decisions for various project sponsors Reviewing incoming applications for coherence and completeness Advising potential applicants Litigation and representation before the Higher Administrative Court of Lower Saxony and the Federal Administrative Court Changes to the scope of tasks and possible specifications may occur in the future work process and are subject to change


Your professional qualifications:

Civil servants (m/f/d) must have the qualification for the 2nd entry level of the career group 2, in the field of general services Employees (m/f/d) must have the qualification for the judicial office It is advantageous if the 1st and 2nd state examination were passed with at least a "satisfactory" grade.

However, a total of 13 points from both state examinations are required Knowledge in handling planning approval procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
