Description

As an employee in our customer service department, you will be the interface between our customers, sales team, and operational team in land transportation.

You will promote customer loyalty by receiving transport orders, being available for questions, and offering tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Customer service for one of our major clients
Polite and competent consultation for our customer
Independent handling of customs formalities, including creating export certificates
Reviewing invoices
Ensuring required delivery times

Your profile:

Completed training in freight forwarding or equivalent
Previous experience in customs clearance, export, and import
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Independent and structured work style
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
