As a service employee (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

  • Working in different shifts at the 'Hans im Glück' restaurant
  • Serving and taking care of guests, including taking orders, serving and clearing dishes, creating bills, and collecting payments
  • Providing advice and recommendations on Hans im Glück dishes and drinks
  • Preparing for service (mise en place)
  • Cleaning and tidying up according to hygiene standards
  • Ensuring the restaurant's appearance meets the required standards
  • Creating daily reports

Your qualifications:

  • You have previous experience in the hospitality industry or are simply interested in it
  • You are a team player, openminded, and flexible
  • You are enthusiastic and proactive
  • You have a high level of commitment and customer service orientation, as well as social skills
  • You are looking for career and advancement opportunities
