    ServiceUp is hiring a Remote Service Advisor

    ServiceUp is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team. This opportunity is for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

    About ServiceUp:

    We're revolutionizing the entire car repair experience by saving businesses, consumers, and shops from an outdated repair ecosystem. Our tech-driven repair platform automates the entire repair process, resulting in saved time and costs while eliminating hassle.

    Position Summary: As a Service Advisor, you will serve as a key member of the team- facilitating the completion of repair orders between customers and our shop partners.

    Specifically you will be preforming the following duties:

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers and carefully record the customer's concerns to generate an accurate work order.
    • Track the status of open repair orders during the day keeping both the customers and dispatch driver updated with service approvals, repair status and delays.
    • Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and make appointments for maintenance items.
    • Make sure all customers are notified when ordered parts arrive and when to schedule an appointment to have the work done.
    • Close tickets, notify customers that their vehicles are ready and a driver will deliver their car.
    • Explain repair order charges to customers and promptly notify the service manager and drivers of any customer service problems.
    • Distribute work between technicians and drivers efficiently and per company procedures.
    • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
    • Strive to meet management's metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a service role is strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record of CSI, sales history in high volume car brands is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and math skills.
    • Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
