- Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
- Report, analyze, and interpret financial and operating data.
- Provide project management/administrative support.
- Additional duties include forecasting/budgeting, Monitoring Procurement Budgets and Travel Costs
- Monthly Technical and Financial report submissions to government customer.
- Maintain contract budgets, gather data, and initiate purchase requisitions for materials and subs, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.
- Develops plans including budgets.
- Prepares special reports and financial studies for management and alerts them to significant variances to plan
- Associate degree in the field of Business or related field and two (2) years of experience with financial analysis, data collecting and or report processing
- Currently active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Must be the consummate professional who excels in a small and fast paced office environment and enjoys working in a close-knit team devoted to the mission.
- Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Must be able to work well alone and as part of a team
