We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking an Information Assurance Administrator for Linux systems, Journeyman level. This role supports our Navy customer at NAS Patuxent River, MD.


Job Description and Responsibilities:
Monitor NHDSM ticketing system
Complete STIG checklists using scripting and automation
Attend collaboration meetings to address STIG/SCAP discrepancies

ACAS scanning and reports including performing system hardening via monthly scans, and quarterly ensures STIGs conform with DISA requirements and apply appropriate mitigation.

Troubleshoot Windows server issues when required
Required Experience: 3 years of Linux Systems Administration
Experience with Ansible
3 years specific ACAS experience Experience in DoD Information Assurance/Cyber policy and procedures to include system hardening, STIG implementation and scanning
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting methods and processes
Knowledge of NIST guidelines

Required Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree is preferred with 3+ years of applicable experience
OR Associates degree and 7+ years, OR HS diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of experience
Current Security+ CE Certification is required
Microsoft or Linux OS Certification is required
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

Security Clearance:
Secret (must be a US Citizen); Top Secret may be required in the future

100% on-site, with the potential for partial telework in the future Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
