We offer our customers a comprehensive range of services - from providing municipal specialist software to supplying professional IT infrastructures. The kdvz employs around 150 employees in Frechen and has been successfully training IT professionals for years.

What to expect In a complex IT infrastructure, you will develop and implement solutions and ensure the administration and smooth running of IT processes.

You are responsible for the planning, installation, and administration of network and communication systems and their associated infrastructure. What tasks you will take on Conceptualization, documentation, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows systems and services such as Active Directory Citrix XenApp / Terminal Services File and Print Services WSUS Identification and evaluation of potential security risks as well as conceptualization and implementation of measures to minimize risks Participation in IT projects 2nd level support in a team with the support of a ticket system What we expect from you Required a degree with a focus on information technology or a relevant training (e.g. IT specialist (m/w/d) system integration) with
