Service Manager (m/f) for patient, visitor, and employee catering.

Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the service department in the hospital
  • Control of shift schedules and vacation planning
  • Conducting trainings for employees
  • Quality control and ensuring service quality
  • Supporting department managers in their work
  • Employee management, hiring, and conducting employee meetings
  • Reporting to the operations and department management for food supply

Your qualifications:


  • Ideally, you have a vocational training in gastronomy or household management
  • Several years of work experience in a similar position and knowledge of PC systems
  • Leadership skills, strong service orientation, and a wellgroomed appearance
