What to expect from us at Black Creek:

You will start with a welcome day, where you will get to know your team and all the other trainees
Your training will last for 2 years
Salary: 1st year of training: 1,000, 2nd year of training:
You will conduct initial sales conversations, provide advice, and handle complaints
Product presentation and stocking will also be part of your training, as well as working at the cash register

What you bring:

Your high school diploma or equivalent is impressive
You are excited to advise our customers and learn about various product categories
Approaching people comes naturally to you
You are organized and enjoy being handson
You remain calm in stressful situations
Handling large amounts of money at the cash register does not intimidate you

What you contribute:
As a salesperson, you will sell a variety of consumer goods, such as clothing, toys, and food. You will conduct sales and consultation conversations with our customers, sort products, stock shelves, and create price tags. Ordering products through our closed inventory management system is also part of your responsibilities.

You will also handle cash transactions, verify the authenticity of bills, ensure correct change is given, and process non-cash payments with credit or debit cards.
