As a service assistant, you are the communicative center of our car dealership in Hohennauen. In the maternity leave replacement until the end of 2025, you will take on a variety of tasks that contribute to our customers experiencing first-class service.

What can you expect?

  • You will support customers on the phone and in the dealership
  • You will plan and coordinate service appointments and orders
  • You will create invoices and arrange replacement vehicles
  • You will maintain data in the customer and vehicle database
  • You will handle the cash register and be responsible for the settlement

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You are an organizational talent with strong communication skills
  • You have good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • You are also welcome as a career changer
  • You have a class B driver's license
