    As the Senior Construction Project Manager, youll play a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale steel construction projects. Your expertise in project management, steel fabrication, and industry best practices will drive successful project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project teams through all phases, from planning to completion.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive project plans.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Oversee steel fabrication, erection, and installation processes.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Mentor junior project managers and provide guidance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on steel-related projects.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
    • Deep understanding of steel fabrication, welding, and erection techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
