    Description

    Project Manager (on-site Monday-Friday)

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional project team involving all levels and departments in the organization.
    • Provide steering committee updates to upper management on project status.
    • Develop the project plan, including tasks, resources, deliverables, and timeline.
    • Create and manage the project budget, summarize costs, and oversee ongoing budget.
    • Ensure project initiation and progression, completion of documentation, and manage project staff.
    • Update and share project documentation as needed.
    • Document key decisions and manage on-site vendor resources.
    • Provide technical support to the team and senior management.
    • Ensure systems are validated and maintained in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Research new tools, applications, and system enhancements.
    • Deliver training as necessary for processes and procedures.
    • Support the Quality System and ensure project operations comply with quality guidelines.
    • Provide insights and drive process improvements.

    Qualifications:

    • A natural leader with strong character and integrity.
    • Strategic mindset with exceptional organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong team building, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field.
    • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
    • Minimum five years of project leadership and process improvement experience.
    • 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience.
    • Proven track record in leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with project management tools.
    • Experience with Visio and project organizational systems.
    • Ability to work autonomously and willingness to travel occasionally.
