    What You'll Do:
    Analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges.
    Analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of employee compensation.

    Work closely with the americas compensation team while collaborating with the global compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs.

    Support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform.

    Partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
    Support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday).

    What You'll Bring:
    Relevant working experience in compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States.
    A proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.
    Skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English.
    Experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation.
    Demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
    Bachelor's degree or comparable training and knowledge.
    CCP and GRP certifications are preferred.
    Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
