We are currently seeking a Recruiting Team Assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting to join our internal HR team in Hamburg.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and organize appointments
Data entry
Communication with clients and applicants
Preparation of interviews and hiring processes
Maintenance of personnel files
Creation of applicant profiles
General administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

Completed commercial training, such as a Personnel Services Specialist or a degree in Business Administration or Business Psychology
Previous experience in recruiting
Knowledge of Zvoove/Landwehr is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
Resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
