Your responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational planning of timely goods flows between customers, suppliers, and sales centers
- Creation and processing of transport orders in the ERP system, taking into account service level requirements and monitoring of carriers and freight equipment used
- Monitoring of transport flow and compliance with shipment lead times
- Independent and resultsoriented planning of fixed carriers and charter vehicles (own fleet)
- Ensuring legal transfer of risk for shipments
- Commissioning of freight forwarders for transport execution
- Verification and confirmation of booked time slots in the time slot control system
- Daily monitoring of order processing and continuous reporting to customers and superiors
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of freight and logistics services
- Several years of professional experience in the field of national freight planning/control, partial and full loads
- Experience using ERP systems
- Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Quality, cost, and resultsoriented thinking and acting
- Customeroriented, structured, and sustainable way of working
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
