    Job Summary:

    Camillo Companies seeks to enhance every facet of our operations through data-driven insights and proactive strategy.

    In line with our commitment to excellence, we are searching for a Supply Chain Analyst who embodies a proactive, hands-on approach.

    The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing supply chain and operational data, evaluating suppliers and categories, supplier performance, and optimizing our procurement strategies through a thoughtful, data-driven approach.

    This role involves detailed spend analysis, project costing, mathematical modeling, and the development of cost-saving initiatives.

    The Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Business Intelligence Manager and directly contribute to our commitment to delivering the greatest value throughout our operations.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Identify and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and identify potential data sources.
    Analyze complex supply chain data to identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
    Evaluate supplier performance through comprehensive reviews, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and support business objectives.
    Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager and other team members on larger internal projects, providing analytical support and insights.
    Conduct detailed spend analysis for various categories, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
    Participate in category management, aiding in the development and implementation of strategies for efficient sourcing and procurement.
    Perform Extract, Transform, Load, and data transformation from various operational systems.
    Analyze and evaluate organizational data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
    Perform mathematical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast future supply needs and potential disruptions.

    Assist in purchasing activities, including market research, price negotiation, and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to the company's financial goals.

    Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports to present clear, actionable insights to the supply chain team and senior management.

    Engage in continuous learning and research to stay abreast of industry trends, new market opportunities, and emerging technologies that can enhance supply chain operations.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and forecasting processes to facilitate effective sales and operations planning (S&OP)
    Support dynamic construction operations projects and various internal process improvement projects as needed.

    Solid grounding in mathematics and statistics to perform complex mathematical models.
    Ability to see the bigger picture, understanding how individual decisions impact overall company objectives and the end-to-end supply chain.
    Capable of conducting negotiations to secure advantageous terms and build beneficial supplier relationships.
    Skilled in using advanced Excel features and other analytics tools such as Solver, Solver Table, and Goal-Seek.

    Education and Experience:

    A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates possessing a robust academic background in alternative disciplines are also welcome to apply.

    1-3 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, business analytics, or a related area is desirable, (Entry-level candidates with demonstrable skills, and relevant internships or academic projects may also be considered).

    Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Business Intelligence tools) is highly beneficial.

    Familiarity with supply chain processes, purchasing, category management, or cost analysis in a business context will be a strong advantage.

    Experience or knowledge in the homebuilding and construction industry is not mandatory but can be a plus.
