- Develop and coordinate repeatable reporting and analysis process for consolidating budgets and monthly forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial CoE Finance. Partner with Finance Transformation Office to embed process into EPM tool and continuous improvements.
- Partner with the Central Functions leaders, e.g., CIO, CHRO, as well as Centers of Excellence (COEs) leaders, e.g., CMO, SVP of Product Development, and lead the preparation and compilation of the annual budgets operating plan and recurring forecast for Central Functions, which may include company-wide or functional area specific modeling, time-series analysis, and graphic presentation of financial data.
- Lead development and execution of accurate, timely and actionable financial reporting to Central and Commercial Function leadership (both finance and business leaders).
- Communicate financial results and forecasts to Central Function budget owners in a meaningful way that is readily understood, actionable and reflects insight into key issues affecting each function.
- Deliver recommendations on initiatives to functional leaders to create value/optimize G&A.
- Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of Central Function performance versus annual budget, forecast and prior year.
- Maintain and develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives for Central Functions. Develop and track ROI models for strategic investments to optimize G&A expense.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field required
- 8+ years of corporate finance experience
- Previous experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Oracle PBCS is preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and providing valuable insights into the financial performance of our Central Functions and Commercial Center of Excellence Finance groups. As the FP&A Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and optimize financial outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that can be based in our Deerfield, IL, or North Olmsted, OH offices. You will work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays while having the ability to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
