HERE YOU WILL WORK:


For our client, a family-owned and globally operating shipbuilding company, we are looking for an accountant in full or part-time for the location in Bremerhaven, as part of a direct hire.


THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • In your position, you will support in areas such as liquidity planning and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • You will handle tax matters such as tax declarations or audits and communicate with auditors, tax advisors, and tax authorities
  • You will process domestic and international payments, monitor incoming payments, and report to the management through reports and business reports
  • Finally, you will maintain and reconcile balance sheet and fixed asset accounts and perform plausibility checks when creating budget comparisons

HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial education with a focus on finance and possibly have an additional qualification as a financial accountant
  • Furthermore, you have gained experience in preparing balance sheets
