We are looking for a
nursing specialist / practice instructor (m/f/d) to join our senior home "Am Gorbitzer Hang" in Maple Bluff, WI.


Our senior home, with 243 beds, provides a place for people to spend their golden years when they are no longer able to live alone or with support in their own homes and require constant or regular care, support, or medical assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Mainly working during the day with a workload of approximately 40% as a practice instructor and 60% as a nursing specialist, depending on the needs
  • Guiding trainees towards independent performance of professional tasks
  • Participating in the development of our company's training concept
  • Preparing and accompanying practical visits by instructors

We expect from you:


  • Completed vocational training with a state examination in elderly care or health and nursing care
  • Enjoyment in working with older and caredependent people
  • Pedagogical skills for successful transmission of practical and theoretical knowledge
  • It would be beneficial to have completed a training as a practice instructor or be willing
