What will you do with us? Patient consultation and interface management

You are responsible for advising and educating patients and possibly their relatives in the therapy area of stoma care during the transition from the hospital to the home setting.
You provide instruction and product training for patients and nursing staff.
You support our customers in their homes and maintain contact via phone, email, or chat.
You maintain existing customer contacts with doctors and hospitals and establish new customer relationships in our continence care sector.
You create visit reports and nursing documentation using an iPad.

What do you bring to us? Expertise and reliability

You have completed training as a registered healthcare nurse or pediatric nurse.
You have practical experience in patient care in the field of continence care.
Ideally, you already have some experience in field service or outpatient care, but this is not a must.
You are able to work independently and enjoy organizing yourself.
