We are looking for a Floor Manager/Department Manager in Sales (m/f/d) for our store in Schweinfurt.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a department manager (m/f/d), you organize your department directly on the sales floor and always keep an overview.
  • You advise our customers with passion and conduct professional consultations.
  • You ensure customeroriented product presentation and a salesoriented flow of goods.
  • You motivate your employees and promote a tolerant, fair, and open team environment.
  • You develop your employees, taking into account their specific skills and qualifications, and maintain a regular feedback culture.
  • You ensure sustainable and transparent communication.
  • You support your department manager (m/f/d) with personnel and department organization.
