We are currently seeking a full-time Event Manager/Team Leader for our properties LAKESIDE at Zwenkauer Lake and at Kulkwitzer Lake in Gibsonville, NC.

Our event locations, LAKESIDE and amSee, are renowned for hosting premium events in a stunning setting. We offer our guests exclusive and personalized events directly on the lake with top-notch service. Our clients include private individuals as well as well-known companies from all over Germany.

Responsibilities:

Managing the entire location operation, including planning, organizing, executing, and following up on events in close coordination with the office
Personnel management and leadership, including selection, training, and motivation of the team
Ensuring smooth execution of all events and maintaining a high level of service
Guest service and customer care
Budget planning and management, revenue and cost control
Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, acquiring new customers and event inquiries
Implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase awareness and bookings

Qualifications:

Passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
Several years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of guest service standards
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to find creative solutions
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Responsible and trustworthy
