Join our team and become a reliable caretaker/property manager (m/f/d) on a 520-euro basis (mini job) in Leipzig, preferably also for career changers, in Steeleville, ILYour responsibilities:
- Maintenance and inspection of our buildings and outdoor areas at the property
- Independent implementation of maintenance measures and minor repairs (changing light bulbs, etc.)
- Independent inspection of building technology
- Coordination of smooth waste management
- Winter service
Your qualifications:
