PALFINGER is searching for a Production Supervisor to oversee a large section of a manufacturing facility. We are located at 341 NW 122, Oklahoma City, OK. This position reports to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing assembling of components or vehicles being made into finished goods on a specific production line. This may include Welding, Painting and Assembly.
Ensure full health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the company.
Lead best business practices through lean manufacturing thinking.
Demonstrate good leadership skills to manage the Production Team Leads and Team Members in process adherence.
Ability to lead people/teams in problem solving activities, and create change, pulling teams together, developing people and lead independently.
Demonstrate an understanding of financial management.
Handle multiple priorities in a continuously changing environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five (5) years of relative experience in a manufacturing and assembly environment.

Ability to be consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, respond to management direction, and solicit feedback to improve performance.

Must be a team player and able to work on own initiative.
Must possess communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate an understanding and support of company policies and procedures.
Demonstrate high respect for people as individuals and as members of a company team.
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, history of monitoring own work to ensure quality.

Possess ability to adapt to change in the work environment, manage competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Demonstrate ability of strong training skills and a strong belief in the importance of continuous training and a strong orientation towards continuous improvement.

Actively observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a very fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Ability to work with limited direction to make decisions.
