    Description
    Our client is looking for a Multifamily Construction Project Engineer with experience leading large-scale ground up commercial construction projects. This person will hit the ground running with a well-known general contractor in the Pacific Northwest. Our client is one of the fast growing general contractors in the Pacific northwest.

    This general contractor has a track record for excellence resulting from a combination of wide- ranging experience, exceptional teamwork, and phenomenal growth.

    Their pipeline is significantly higher than anticipated for the next couple of years.

    Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and hey want to growth their team with strong construction professionals.

    Actively participates in the sales process by preparing information (schedules, budgets, scopes of work) to be utilized in securing new work.

    Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions (Procore, Bluebeam, P6, scheduling software, etc.)
    Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
    Maintain and distribute project documentation. procurement, RFI's, and field operations.
    Understands how to help aide in the building of large $30M+ multifamily projects.
    Can cohesively work in a team environment with other project engineers, project managers, and superintendents.
    Has bachelor's degree from an accredited university in construction management or related filed
    Has 2+ years of being a Project Engineer for General Contractor in Washington
    Has a project list of multifamily builds, affordable housing, senior living, or mixed use builds.
    Has experience working on projects that have been $30M or more.
    Has up to date software skills in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, P6, and scheduling
    Full support needed to grow & enhance project engineer skills
    Projects based across the Seattle Metroplex
    PTO, holidays, health care, dental, vision , and more
