Duties/Responsibilities:
Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to
aircraft/weapon/project
acquisition and product programs.
Track program/project status and schedules.
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Required Education:
MA/MS Degree in Analytics or other relevant technical discipline with ten (10) years of experience or more.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
BA/BS Degree with an additional two (2) years of experience, AA/AS degree and an additional four (4) years of experience, or no degree and an additional six (6) years of experience.
Required Experience:
Ten (10) years or more of experience performing the duties and responsibilities described above.
Desired Experience:
Recent (last three years) ACAT acquisition experience supporting DoD programs. Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro (to build Acquisition, PMR briefs, correspondence, pricing models, etc.). Proficient in DoD security standards, particularly security classification markings, dissemination control markings, and distribution statements. Proficient recent (last three years) experience with the AMS to include CSPT and PMT, CDRL tool. Recent (last three years) experience with Navy ERP, Wide Area Workflow (WAA) process.
Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday normally performed between 6am – 6pm EST.
Work is to be performed at government site located at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. Work after hours or on weekend may occasionally be required.
Travel:
Travel may be required for this position and could include CONUS and OCONUS travel locations.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position may have supervisory responsibilities.

Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level.
Ideal candidates will currently possess an Active DoD Secret Clearance; however, candidates with US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance will be considered.
