The Retail Wireless department at Boost Mobile and Boost Infinite seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Financial Analyst for a dynamic, technical business environment. Responsibilities include budget development, budget reporting, business case creation, and vendor account reconciliation. This position provides significant opportunities to contribute to the Marketing teams as the business expands. A successful candidate will establish strong relationships and offer financial guidance for a rapidly growing enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Review departmental accruals, invoices, and purchase orders
• Analyze monthly financial performance and support month-end close activities
• Develop models for operational and financial metrics
• Create financial presentations for leadership
• Conduct project reviews with financial oversight
• Utilize financial modeling to identify agreements
• Apply critical thinking in complex situations
• Produce clear, compelling reports
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure financial accuracy and data integrity

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Preferred: MBA or Masters in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in consumer-focused industries

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Familiarity with financial tools like Orbit and Oracle
• Understanding of financial and accounting concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
