- Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, and program personnel to ensure requirements are met.
- Investigate problems, establish disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
- Recommend corrective actions, dispositions, and modifications to processes.

The HMC Quality Analyst team monitors program production and testing activities processes to ensure the mission success of the program and works with the various teams to promote continuous improvements. Our team is exceptionally detail oriented. Each team member has individual program assignments, but we work as a united team to identify and resolve potential issues before timelines are impacted. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
