    Senior Telecommunications Engineer

    to join our team.

    What You'll Do
    Planning, Execution, and Support of the

    migration from legacy phone systems to the standardized platform
    Administration and support of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems
    Provides Tier 3 support troubleshooting of complex flows and routes
    Utilizes API endpoints to automate and streamline management of standardized telecommunications services
    Intermediate to Advanced Experience with TalkDesk and G12
    Oversees service and support to Voice over Internet Protocol, Private Branch Exchange, Session Initiation Protocol and Transmission Control Protocol systems
    What You'll Need
    High school diploma or equivalent required
    Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred
    Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting cloud-based telephony systems required
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
    Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and networking required
    Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interface preferred
    Basic knowledge of Exchange or O365 preferred
