    Join Bartlett Roofing in our mission to innovate the Roofing and Construction industry by moving away from traditional sales tactics to a solutions-oriented approach. Specializing in residential and commercial storm damage restoration, we work closely with homeowners and insurance carriers to replace roofs affected by weather events, saving property owners from significant expenses.

    • Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
    • Compensation: 12-week paid training program, with an annual expected cash compensation of $70,000 - $150,000 based on performance, plus monthly bonuses

    • Manage the sales cycle from inspection to close
    • Identify potential customers and leads
    • Engage prospective customers and lead inspections
    • Close deals and drive growth

    Requirements
    • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
