- Establish strong relationships with various departments and external vendors and clients
- Manage tickets in the TaSC database and implement security standardization
- Generate reports for traffic and service analysis
- Handle software upgrades and patches across the network nodes
- Collaborate with customers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues and deploy new equipment
- Coordinate testing requirements for specific projects
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team and the organization
- Deliver training sessions when needed
- Meet or exceed company-defined KPIs
- 5 years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- 5 years of telephony switch maintenance experience
- Proficiency in telecommunication devices and networking essentials
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and SIP
- Strong command of MS Software applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Expertise in Unix systems
- Previous training in Sonus or equivalent experience
- Experience with switch operational reports
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
