Summary:
To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social).
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience.You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
BASIC REQUIREMENT(S):

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector.
To qualify at the GS-09 level, you must meet the following:Specialized Experience:
Experience that equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service.
Qualifying examples of specialized experience must include, but is not limited to: 1. Maintaining relationships with academic, professional, and/or community partners to support on-site recruitment activities where established relationships exist; AND, 2. Balancing personal workload with consideration for competing priorities, resources available, and deliverable timelines; AND, 3. Using social and professional networking platforms to promote awareness of an organization and its recruitment events; AND, 4.Contacting prospective leads for members, volunteers, or employees to share information about recruitment events for a variety of organizations, e.g., Greek-letter organizations, affinity groups, alumni organizations, civic or social clubs, faith-based organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), branches of the Armed Forces, public or private sector employers.
OR Master's or equivalent Graduate Degree:
Education at the graduate level in an accredited college or university that demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B.or J.D., if related
OR I have a combination of education and experience that when combined fully meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
The total percentage equals at least 100 percent to qualify. To qualify at the GS-11 level, you must meet the following:Specialized Experience:
Experience that equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.

OR Completion of a Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years (54 semester hours) of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
OR LL.M., if related.OR I have a combination of education and experience that when combined fully meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
The total percentage equals at least 100 percent to qualify for this GS 11 grade level.Must submit transcripts Time In Grade Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level.
