Summary
Works in part n ership with the Associate Vice P r esident ( AV P ) of Clinical Neuro s cien c es to provide administrative direction and coordination of the O'Don n ell Brain I nstitute (OB I ) clinical pro g rams.
I n collaboration with H e alth S ystem lead e rship, works with hospital and ambulatory l e ad e rs to ensure the s u c c essful mana g ement of an assigned por t folio of Neurosc i en c e clinical initiatives.
P artn e rs with lead e rship to provide oversight for t h e ope r ational and fi n ancial perf o rman c e of the assigned clini c al programs, including coordinating institutional resources to optimi z e patient a c cess, clinical workflows, q u ality and sa f ety prog r ams, f a cilities, and strategic p l anning to achie v e integ r ated clini c al ope r ations and H e alth System objectives.
C oordina t es and provi d es input for budgets.Assists senior ex e cutives and d epartme n t lead e rship with business plan development and o p e r ationali z ing clinical programming.
Leads t r ansfor m ation of p r ocesses to cr e ate an optimal patient exper i en c e ensuring st a ff and provider en g age m ent and satisf a ction.
Experience and EducationBachelo r 's degr e e in health ca r e administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related discipline. Master's degr ee pre f er r ed.
Six (6) or more y ears of progressively responsible h e alth ca r e mana g ement experie n ce, inclusive of at least four (4) or more years at th e manag e r level or above.
Additional years of dir e ctly related w o rk exp e rien c e may be considered in lieu o f stated de g r e e r equirements .
Experie n ce in an a c ademic m edical setting is pr e fe r red.Job Duties
Responsible for an assigned portfolio of ne u roscie n ce ho s pital and ambulatory clini c al prog r ams.
P artners with departmen t al and clini c al lea d ership on ope r ational and f i nancial initiatives in coordination with gover n an c e committees and establishes e ffic i ent and high-q u ality patient outcomes.
Works with various clini c al dep a rtment lea d ers and h eal t h system leadership to dir e ct the trans l ation of strategic neuroscie n ce p riorities into daily operations in k e eping with departmental and h e alth system goals and objectives .
I n collaboration with departmen t al and clini c al lead e rs, o vers e es activities and initiatives designed to improve operational pr o ces s es and prod u ctivity and to meet goals and pe r forma n ce me t rics including patient a c c ess, patient flow, re v enue cycle m etrics, and physic i an productivity measu r es.
C ollaborates with the d epartments and h e alth system's clinical lea d ership to ensu r e patient s a fety and r egulatory complia n ce.

Collaborates with various clini c al stakehold e rs and oth e r key teams to de v elop new and revise existing programs.
Leads the d evelopment of p roject propo s als to ensure a s u cces s ful program lau n ch.
Creates core exp e ctations to attain constant r egulatory r e a diness throughout all OB I clinical locations.
Ensures adhe r en c e to legal r equire m ents and gov e rnment rep o rting regulations including, but not limited to, The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA, and H I P AA.
Ser v es on committees as rep r esentative o f assigned p rog r am as appro p riate.
