    Description

    Messner Reeves LLP, is a dynamic, full-service law firm, nationally recognized for its expertise in litigation and trial, healthcare, professional liability, general liability, and general corporate representation.

    We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our quickly growing office in Denver.

    If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can handle multiple competing priorities, this position is for you.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and insurance defense litigation matters.
    • Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
    • Manage extensive motions practice.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, advocate for client interests and provide updates.

    Requirements:

    • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in Litigation.
    • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Trial experience.
    • The ideal candidate will take the initiative, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
