We are working on behalf of a leading maker of Short-Range Air Defense Radar Systems.

They develop Software and integrate with RF and Sensors as part of a System that is sold to the Armed Services, often through the Defense Contractors. Due to strong growth, they are looking for a Contract Manager, based anywhere in the Denver, CO area. The Contract Manager will negotiate terms, create, and modify contract language and generally ensure protection of company's business interests, IP and other key rights.

We need a BS/BA Degree, with 5-10 years as a Contracts Manager, including at least 3 years in government contracts. Will have experience with FARs, DFARS and other legal processes involved in government contract/ procurement processes. Experience as an attorney OR paralegal ideal.
