    We are looking for a Fund Accounting/Administration Manager to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our investment funds and securities broker-dealer clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
    • Prepare and review financial statements and other reporting documents
    • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA, SEC, and state securities laws
    • Coordinate and manage audits and reviews of the investment funds
    • Manage and oversee the work of fund accountants and other support staff
    • Provide guidance and support to clients on financial and accounting matters
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective financial controls and risk management

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or audit experience preferred
    • At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting or related financial services experience
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
    • Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements, including FINRA and SEC rules, a plus
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
