    Are you a creative thinker with a passion for crafting immersive digital experiences? Do you thrive on understanding user needs and transforming them into compelling design solutions? If so, we want you to join our team as a Junior UX Designer focused on customer-facing digital products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
    • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and facilitate feedback.
    • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.
    • Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a customer-facing digital product environment.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging experiences that resonate with users.
