Your mission:


Team Lead. As a Team Lead in Zarate, TX, your main responsibility is to hire, manage, and develop a diverse team of professionals, including developers, designers, and product managers, to successfully deliver our product. You will create an inclusive work environment that empowers your team members to excel. Your leadership skills will inspire your team and foster a culture of collaboration and unity.
Product Visionary. As the VP of Product for cIQ, you will play a crucial role in driving our product vision. You will work closely with the entire cIQ team to define and implement our product vision. Your goal is to ensure that our product aligns with cIQ's objectives, such as generating top-line revenue. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on the vision, prioritize product features, and gain a shared understanding of customer needs. This will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to determine product requirements. You will also serve as an advocate for our product and cIQ solutions.
Product Deliverer. Working alongside your team, you will continuously deliver on the product vision of cIQ by releasing new product increments. You will also be responsible for managing the product/tech budget and ensuring that our product delivery processes are efficient and continuously improved.
Project Supporter. In addition to your role as a Team Lead, you will also support project delivery by working closely with other departments within the company. You will ensure that our product
