    We provide property management services using customized software to simplify tasks for property owners, board members, residents, and our own professionals.     About the role:

    One of our companies in Florida is in search of an experienced HR & Payroll Manager.

    Who you are:

    The Human Resource Manager will oversee the HR department's daily functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

    • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR and talent strategies.
    • Offer guidance on complex HR issues, talent acquisition, compensation analysis, and talent development.
    • Manage recruitment processes and ensure compliance with employment laws.
    • Create learning programs and oversee employee development.
    • Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
    Experience:
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
    • Minimum three years of HR management experience.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
