    Description

    A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to fulfill a 13 week travel contract position. The work location is in Lynwood, California and pay is $1843/week.

    • A current Registered Nursing License.
    • A minimum of one year recent experience in an acute care facility.
    • Current BLS, ACLS certification required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
    • Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
    • Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
    • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care plans.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
    • Ability to build rapport with patients.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to quickly understand and interpret multiple types of information.
