- Comfort with heights, including the ability to climb ladders and perform tasks on rooftops and tower locations.
- Strong command of English and technical terminology, facilitating effective communication with clients.
- Availability for after-hours support and handling emergency outages when necessary.
- Willingness to travel to network locations as required.
- Ability to thrive in a casual work environment, fostering camaraderie and enjoyment among colleagues.
- While not mandatory, certifications or post-secondary education in IT-related fields such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, or equivalent work experience would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in networking
- Must have experience in a senior networking position at an ISP or similar environment.
- You must currently reside in one of the following states: Nevada, California, New Mexico, Missouri, Oregon or Washington
- The position is primarily remote, but there is an expectation of onsite visits to each service location at least quarterly.
