- Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
- Establish network specifications by analyzing workflow, access, information and security requirements
- Monitors network to perform tuning troubleshoot network problems and escalate advanced issues to vendors
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade network as needed
- Patch network systems to maintain security
- Resolve network issues reported by end users
- Research and make recommendation on network systems administration
- Configure security policies on firewall and other security systems
- Ensure satisfaction to customer
- Follow lawful directions from supervisor
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale
- Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form
- 5+ years' experience in a network engineer role
- Must be at least 21 years of
- Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
- Excellent knowledge of bet practices around management, control and monitoring of server infrastructure
- Experience with firewalls, VPN, troubleshooting, problem resolution is desired
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience and/or training preferred
- CCNA certification desirable
