    Corporate Director of Operations - Growing Restaurant Concept

    Our client, a rapidly expanding restaurant concept, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Director of Operations (DOO) to join their team. The position will be based out of their Fort Lauderdale office, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the company's growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the opening of new restaurant locations, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards
    • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations
    • Work closely with franchisees, providing support, guidance, and assistance to ensure their success
    • Travel frequently to various locations to support new openings, train staff, and monitor operations
    • Foster strong relationships with all team members, from dishwashers to C-suite executives, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to travel a lot - Road Warrior
    • Must live in the Fort Lauderdale area
    • Proven track record of success in a similar role within the restaurant industry
    • Extensive experience in opening new restaurant locations and implementing SOPs
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with franchisees, employees, and executives
    • Hands-on approach to management, with a willingness to work alongside team members at all levels
    • Ability to travel extensively, as required by the position
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
