Quality Assurance Technician

Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance measures for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry according to test specifications
Visual and functional checks, as well as measurement tests, on vehicle parts and components in incoming and outgoing goods
Rework/surface treatment of components
Ensure material flow of various parts
Documenting errors, test results, and work outcomes
Testing and correcting vehicle components in different production stages and various technologies
Coordination and reporting to customers/clients
Assembly of components
Surface checks of painted parts for various paint defects
Inspection of transport damages of various components at the OEM and direct suppliers

Qualifications

Completed vocational training preferred, preferably in a trade such as automotive mechatronics, metalworking, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or any other trade, but not mandatory
Ideally, you have some experience in quality control/incoming goods inspection of components in the automotive or metal industry
Good German language
